Brief introduction of Cummings gas turbine generator set

Gas turbine is the ignition of fuel gas engine using natural gas, LPG, WTG, high calorific value gas for oil field gas. The turbocharging system and cooling system increases based on non turbocharged engine on the cooling system with separate high and low temperature cycle, high temperature cooling cylinder, cylinder and cylinder head temperature components, low temperature cooling after the booster gas, air and oil cooler.
 
First, natural gas introduction
Natural gas - the main component is methane content reached 90%, combustion produces nitrogen oxides, hydrocarbons and carbon monoxide is far less than the national emission standards, no dust pollution; the thermal conversion efficiency of natural gas is 65%, and liquefied petroleum gas is higher than that of coal; according to calorific value conversion, natural gas prices have been lower than coal also, far less than the oil. Natural gas can be used as a civilian, power generation, chemical raw materials and industrial fuel, and effective replacement of coal and oil. Instead of using coal as raw material, replacing coal and petroleum as raw material of nitrogen, replacing naphtha as ethylene raw material, replacing petroleum as fuel of automobile engine, etc..
 
LPG is liquefied petroleum gas, and LPG is the main component of propane.
 
CNG is compressed natural gas, compressed natural gas to 20MPa formed by high-pressure natural gas called compressed natural gas (CNG).

If the content of sulfur and ammonia in combustible gas is higher, it will not only seriously corrode the spark plug electrode, but also increase the acid value in the lubricating oil and corrode the internal parts of the unit. At the same time, it is easy to produce sediment and increase the wear and corrosion of the engine.
